Directional Emission Microlasers and Mode Coupling in Microcavities

摘要：

Room temperature CW operation InP/InGaAsP equilateral triangle lasers are fabricated. High Q-factor modes induced by mode coupling in rectangle resonators are discussed. Finally, vertical radiation losses are analyzed for TE and TM whispering-Gallery modes in 3D microcavities.
