Combination of Nitride Semiconductor Nanostructures and Nano-photonics for Efficient Solid-state Lighting
Nitride nanostructures and nano-photonics, including the growth of GaN nano-columns and their coalescence growth, surface plasmon coupling with an InGaN/GaN quantum well, and an MOCVD prestrained growth technique for LED emission enhancement are reported.
