Nonlinearity of Integrated Electroabsorption Modulator Chip for RoF Link

摘要：

The analog performance of a distributed feedback laser monolithically integrated with an electroabsorption modulator is investigated. The highest spurious free dynamic range of 105 dB.Hz2/3 has been demonstrated by optimizing the modulator bias.
