Grounded Coplanar Waveguide with Via Holes for High-speed Integrated EA Modulator/DFB Laser Module
Layout of via holes on the grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) is optimized to suppress undesirable parallel plate modes. The suppression effect has been demonstrated by experimental measurements.
