Gain Measurement and Anomalous Decrease of Peak Gain at Long Wavelength for InAs/GaAs Quantum-Dot Lasers

摘要：

Mode gain spectrum was measured for InAs/GaAs quantum-dot lasers. The peak gain of the long wavelength side does not increase monotonically with the injection current increase.
