Frequency Response of Two-mode Injection-locked Fabry-Perot Lasers Using Second-order-sideband Injection in ROF Communication System

摘要：

A scheme of two-mode injection-locked Fabry-Perot lasers using second-order-sideband injection is investigated, which can be used in 60 GHz ROF system. Experiment results show two-mode injection locking has enhanced the frequency response of FP lasers.
