High Speed Response of Optical Nonlinear Phase Shifter Based on 1.55 μm VCSEL

摘要：

We demonstrate the fast transient response of the nonlinear phase shifter base on 1.55 μm VCSEL with reverse bias. The modelling and experiment on the dynamic response of the nonlinear phase-shift are presented.
