Thermal management of a passively cooled LED-based large area direct backlight for LCDs

摘要：

Influence of temperature on color and luminance uniformity of LED-based direct backlight is investigated. A thermal management scheme is proposed. The color difference introduced by temperature is reduced by 50％.
