Spectrum Pairing Based on Track Correlation for STLFMCW Radar
The principle of target radial velocityestimation in STLFMCW radar is analyzed. To solve the problem of target pairing methods by spectrum characteristic matching, multi-target tracking technique is adopted to initialize local tracks and a novel multitarget pairing algorithm based on track correlation is proposed in this paper. Then, a pairing ambiguity eliminating method using pairing indication matrix decomposition is presented to improve the pairing performance significantly. Finally, the validity and feasibility of this algorithm in multi-target circumstance are verified by simulations.
