DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE TEST STUDY OF FUZZY CONTROLLER FOR HEAT-EXCHANGER WITH ADJUSTABLE AREA

By adopting several two-position electromagnetic valves to substitute for conventional continuous regulating valves, the heat-exchanger with adjustable area could adjust not only water flux but also heat transfer area. Because of strong-coupling, nonlinearity performance of air-conditioning system, it is difficult to build precise mathematic model for classical control theory, however fuzzy control theory has outstanding predominance for such controlled member. Based on introducing design features of heatexchanger with adjustable area, this paper combines Functioning Fuzzy Subset Inference and digital operation characters of Single Chip Microcomputer, puts forward the Floating Numbers Functioning Fuzzy Subset Inference which is appropriate for eight bits Single Chip Microcomputer for improving the precision of reasoning. Then this paper introduces the development of AD C812 single chip microcomputer fuzzy controller combining hardware and software. In the process of software design, the author adopts structured design method to increase the versatility and transportability of program. Finally, the test proves that this fuzzy controller could erase interference, and make heat-exchanger test board stable.
