APPLICATION OF NEURAL NETWORK TO OPTIMAL CONTROL IN THE FLOOR ELECTRICAL HEATING SYSTEM

The neural network system has been applied successfully in many fields. It can predict the heating load, and detect ventilating and air conditioning (HV&AC) system. This paper proposes an application of the neural network system into a floor electrical heating control system, The aim is to build the optimal system, through establishing a neural network model and optimizing its structure and related parameters to control the beginning and stop operation of the floor electrical heating system. For this, a numerical model programs is established to analyze and simulate thermal environment firstly, and it is applied to train and testify the neural network after gaining the simulation data. At last, through practical control, the neural network system was able to achieve the optimal beginning and stop time of the floor electrical heating system.
