Evaluation Impact on the Combined Heat and Power System in New Heat Supply District of Kitakyushu
This paper discusses the introduction effect of the combined heat and power (CHP) system in new heat supply district of Kitakyushu. The energy consumption intensity of Kitakyushu can be inferred according to the energy consumption intensity of Tokyo. Utilize the floor area of different types of buildings and energy consumption intensity, calculate energy requirement in new heat supply district of Kitakyushu. Moreover, four cases (tracking heating, tracking electricity, etc.), which is using single air conditioner system, boiler system. Simultaneously, the energy consumption, intensity of CO2 emission, initial cost and running cost, pay back years are discussed.The results can be described as follows: The CHP system, the energy consumption, intensity of CO2 emission and running cost in the period of the respect is favorable.
