INVESTIGATION ON THE FRESH AIR INTAKE OF COMMON KITCHEN

摘要：

The fresh air intake of common cook room that air flow is introduced from the ceiling is investigated by the approach of numerical simulation. The results show that the proportion of fresh air intake from the ceiling is 8％~18％. At this time, the distribution of temperature is uniform relatively. And the environment of common kitchen is comfortable comparatively.
