THE ENERGY-SAVING STUDY OF GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM IN PUBLIC BUILDING

Soil source heat pump utilizes soil storage energy to heat and cool air in buildings. Soil source heat pump possesses two types of horizontal U-pipes and vertical ones. Vertical pipes lay deep in the soil and temperature around them is different. The temperature of soil within 30 meters underground is affected on the atmosphere, and varies largely. Aiming at a demonstration building in Tianjin, this article considers synthetically the characteristic parameters and running status of cooling and heating source, fresh air unit and fan coil. The result indicates that the balance of extracting and rejecting under ground is very important. During unit running, independent humidity control air conditioning system adjusts humidity and assumes humidity load indoor. In summer, supply/return temperature of fan coils can increase to 17/21℃. In the early of GSHP unit running in summer, temperature of cooling water from soil can be lower than 17 ℃ during certain period, and it can be the supply water of fan coils directly. This reduces the running electricity of GSHP unit, and saves energy effectively. This article shows that running management of GSHP system takes important role in building energy-saving, and auto-control should be paid more attention.
