THEORETICAL ANALYSIS ON HEAT TRANSFER OF HEAT PUMP SYSTEM WITH FREEZING HEAT COLLECTION
In this paper, a new heat pump system with freezing heat collection is brought forward, which can settle the problems appearing in the traditional surface water heat pump system, such as water temperature is too low in the winter and heating ability is lack of. So the new heat pump system can be used economically and practically in most part of cold districts. Mathematic model on the water freezing of laminar flow in the pipe at constant wall temperature is presented for the freezing heat collection device. On the basis of quasi-steady approximate method, the problem of freezing is analyzed. And the influence of the ices growth to the heat transfer performance is discussed by the two parameters which are the equivalent average surface heat transfer coefficient and the ratio of latent heat to sensible heat. The results and conclusions are useful to the design of the freezing heat collection device and the improvement of system performance.
