Research on the Mechanism of Geospatial Data Construction and Sharing -To Take Digital Dongying for An Instance
Digital city project was put forward by many cities. After these years of construction, informationization level of each city has reached to certain degree, but there is no uniform geospatial framework. Therefore it is indispensable to establish the mechanism of geospatial data construction and sharing in order to upgrade the level of digital city building. There are three measures to be made. Firstly, geographic information sharing standards are drawn up and applied into realization. Secondly, Digital city Geographic Information Sharing Platform is constructed and developed, which is a highly integrated platform of 3S (GIS, GPS, RS), Object oriented RDBMS, Internet, DCOM, etc. Finally, geospatial data update mode is more significant for it can keep geospatial data timely and coherently. In the paper, it is applied in each region (country) of Dongying city and geospatial data sharing and construction has been realized, and the good results have been obtained.
