Retrieval and Analysis of Surface Albedo of Nanjing Area Using ETM+ Data
It is very significant for these researches of urban planning, urban heat island effect research, urban climate simulation and so on to calculate the urban surface albedo using the higher spatial resolution remote sensing data. In this paper, the surface albedo of Nanjing area was retrieved based on ETM+ data. Firstly, the surface reflectance was calculated by 6S model, then surface albedo was got by the five bands reflectance. After unsupervised classification of remote sensing data, the average albedo of six land cover types were got. Through correlation analysis of NDVI and albedo, we thought that the linear correlation of albedo and NDVI is not obvious. Own to the vegetation canopy structure spectrums complexity and sensitivity to seasonal variability, the relationship of albedo and NDVI need to be researched further.
