The study of arsenic removal from soil contaminated by waste water using modified cabasite

Solid waste is produced by treating smelt waste water using lime/iron salt. Untreated arsenic in soil will dissolve in water after infiltration by rain, which is harmful to the environment. Arsenic can be adsorbed by modified cabasite, which has high adsorption capacity and adsorption selectivity. The treated solid can be used for safe landfill. In this study, the optimal conditions for using modified cabasite to arsenic removal from contaminated soil were studied.
