Exploration for the Calibration of Passive Intermodulation Analyzer

摘要：

Passive Intermodulation Analyzer (PIA) is widelyused in the R&D and manufacture of mobile communication high power passive devices, but the verification regulation or calibration specification of PIA has not published in domestic yet. This article introduces the calibration items and methods of PIA, particularly the calibration of the measurement accuracy of passive intermodulation. It shows that the items chosen and the method used are feasible by calibrating several PIA
