Study of 600A Direct-Current Standard

Now, in the range of DC high current Measurement, these questions is also occurring: the lower current measurement range(<600A)、the lower accuracy(5×10-4).it didnt able to meet the requirement of high-power test equipments verification. So,the study of DC 600A current standard will resolve the question of high- current equipments verification. The work include tow parts :the first, the DC 600A current transducer(the accuracy: ),the second, the DC 600A current standard single afford unit. Thereby, the standard have the ability of output 0 ~600A and the ability of test DC 0 ~ 600A current standard single. Fulfilling the verification of DC high current. There into,the DC 600A current transducer is developed using a new technique on zero-flux detecting principle,The circuit in the transducer can track the variation of magnetizing current and compensate it by single chip processor systems automatically to assure the magnetic core working in“ zero- flux condition.. It was used for testing DC 0~600A single. The test of the current transducer shows that the design gets satisfactory results(1×10-5).In addition, the DC600A standard single was gained by the current transducer and digital-to-analog converters (DAC).In the pasted 12 month, It was shown that the new current transducer is of high performance. DC current output range is on 600A.Uncertainty is 1×10-4,DC current measurement range is 0~600A. Uncertainty is 5×10-5
