Safety Monitoring Method of Hoisting Equipment Based on Pressure Measuring

摘要：

Considering the limitation and deficiencies in traditional safety monitoring of hoisting equipment which adopts the load moment limiter to monitor safety, a scheme of the stability monitoring for the Large-scale hoisting transfer equipment is put forth. The method of measuring hydraulic leg forces by weighing sensor to judge safety for the hoisting equipment is adopted in this scheme. By analyzing stress of hoisting equipment, the mathematical model of booms azimuth, pitch angle, Working range and load. The safety monitoring system is designed. This system can display booms various working state. Consequently, real-time safety monitoring of the hoisting equipment working process is realized.
