Research on Method of Non-stationary Vibration Signals Processing of Heavy Vehicle Gear Case Bearing

摘要：

The vibration signals in gear case shifting process is non-stationary signals. The ways which dispose stationary signals cant be used for non-stationary signals effectively. And because of the complexity of gear case, bearing fault signals is hard to pick up because of violent background noise. This article adopts the method of equal-angle sampling, transforming frequency changing signals in time-domain into order stationary signals in angle-domain. Then picks up bearing fault signals effectively with continuous wavelet transform.
