Detecting Frequency forTransient SignalBased on Wavelet Transform

摘要：

The purpose of signal feature abstraction is to extract the substantial informations from the original data. This work proposes an appropriate approach in detecting local frequency of rapidly transient signal using wavelet transform. In particular, we make full use of the wavelet transfom modulus maximum technique. Furthermore, a complete illustration of the theoretical background is provided underlying the measurement method. Simulation shows that this method is more effectivel than other known methods for frequency estimation.
