Mathematical Morphological filter and Its Application in Removing Noises in Vibration Signal

The principle of mathematical morphology and its filter are briefly introduced ˊA new signal processing method based on mathematical filter is presented ˊIn order to remove non-linear noise in vibration signal, a kind of filter with structuring elements adaptive,morphological opening and closing operators combination is designed ˊWith moving structuring element,the signal can be detected and smoothed ˊPractical application based on cone structures vibration testing signal shows that the method is available ˊAnd it is proved to be effective, high calculation speed method in dealing with pulsed noise in vibration data.
