Spatiotemporal Scheduling Method for Block Construction in Shipbuilding
The scheduling problem of block construction in shipbuilding is spatiotemporal coupling scheduling problem, and it is vital to improve shipbuilding productivity. In this paper, the outline of Improved Rolling Horizon Procedures (IRHPs) based on decomposition technique is proposed, and IRHPs consists of pre-scheduling algorithm, spatiotemporal planning algorithm and the rolling principle, we use dual genetic algorithms for pre-scheduling and spatiotemporal planning. IRHP is virtually the time-based decomposition method, so through which the scale of the scheduling problem can be reduced and fewer blocks are to be considered at every time window corresponding to every working plate. In this study, we focus on the spatiotemporal scheduling algorithm, which orients on blocks planned to be scheduled in one working plate. Finally, simulation is given to prove the effectiveness of this algorithm.
