Resolution to Coal BOM Design
It is a critical problem of how to design accurate BOM of coal, which has already become a obstacle to application of mining enterprise ERP straightly. On the basis of analyzing charateristics of coal production process in detail, it point out that tasks of mining enterprise include coal cutting and headwork. Different coal cutting and tunneling technology has different material consumption structure distinctly. Even if the same coal cutting and tunneling technology may have different material consumption quantity in different geological condition. Then it put forward a resolution model for coal BOM design. Structure of coal BOM should be derived from coal cutting and tunneling technology, and quantity be ascertained by means of taking statistics of material consumption under different geological condition.
