A Study on Flow Process Analysis System Based on MES in Discrete Manufacturing
Flow Process Analysis is an important part of Work Study, and the analytical tool of it is flow process chart. Traditionally, data is collected by following the study object on the spot, measuring and recording data such as time, distance and other information manually. This method wastes time and energy, but also prone to omit some important information. This paper presents a flow process analysis system model based on MES in discrete manufacturing. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic elements and drawing rules of flow process chart. Then it analyzes the data types, acquisition time, location and method of MES in discrete manufacturing. On this basis, this paper establishes the functional model, information model and process model of flow process analysis system based on MES. Finally it discusses the application of the system by a case study.
