Study on Planning Method of Networked Manufacturing of Panel Die

摘要：

As an kind of improtant technique equipments for automobile manufacutrmg, panel die is entirely made-to-or-der. Under the circumstance of networked manfuacturing, the participating entperirses are distributed in different locations, and the manufacutirng resources are comparatively enough, so the former methods for development planning focusing on the constraints of key equipments is not applicable. The planning is actually a process of collaborating with the allied enterprises, according to this characterisitics, the panel die project is divided into three stages: design, manufacturing and delivery, then the project is break down into tasks based on the BOM (Bill of Materials). Based on project management, combing network plan technique with MRP ( Manufacturing Resource Planning), the networked manfua-cuting plan of panel die is then made, laying the basis for the coming schedule.
