The Improvement Methods on Quality Management of Company under OEM Model

摘要：

The paper analyzes the present situation of quality management of company under OEM model, and discusses the principles of quality management under OEM model, proves that we should build up reasonable operation flow chart base on management science knowledge. It include; make the manufacturing contract, continuous improvement, supplier evaluation, top management support etc., we follow above process and apply in one similar company, the quality management performance was greatly improved.
