Research on Quality Chain Management and Its Application in R&D and manufacture of Weapon System
Steadily, orderly and expedite quality control is of great importance to keep and continuously improve the quality of weapon system. As a new idea of quality management, the quality chain management has gained comprehensive attention. However most of the papers available are dealing with the discussions of ideas and theories of quality chain management and few of them are about the concrete applied methods, which limits the spread and application of quality chain management. So this paper describes the object and characteristic of quality chain management, and also its internal and extensive meaning, then a practical and effective analytical method is given. At last a case study is carried through to apply this analytical method, and the result shows the quality management of weapon system can be improved through the application of quality chain management, which provides a useful reference for the spread and application of quality chain management in R&D and manufacture of Weapon System.
