The Research of Quality Function Deployment Based on Axiomatic Design
Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a kind of product-developing method which is driven by customers. House Of Quality ( HOQ) is the powerful tool of it. Because of the limitation of traditional HOQ, the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) method is used in the hierarchy HOQ (HHOQ) to optimize the weight of factors in order to improve the precision of the project. Since QFD does not evaluate the project in quantity, as a scientific design method of products, axiomatic design provides the essential principle and conceptual frame for product innovation design and improved design in quantity. Thus, a new evaluating method is put forward based on QFD and AD. This method adopts HHOQ to acquire the more accurate weight of each factor and establishes the model based on information axiom to get the exact information of each project, in this way, the evaluation model is intuitionistic. Then, a case is used to testify the new evaluating model. The precision of the factors in this model is expected to be greatly improved and the information in HHOQ is less than that in traditional HOQ. Finally, the future work is put forward.
