The Key Factors of Successful Six Sigma Implementation in Chinese Corporations

摘要：

In the past few years Six Sigma has become one of the most prominent trends in the quality area. In China, there are also many corporations implementing Six Sigma management as a company-class strategy. But some of them failed. In this paper, based on the excellent experience of famous multinational corporations, some key factors of successful Six Sigma implementation in Chinese corporations are summarized to help the corporations choose the right methods.
