Key Questions Research on Software Process Improvement
With the software and information systems becoming an increasingly important role in the world, how to ensure the high quality software system has become a new challenge and an opportunity for the software process management. Many software companies have chosen to implement a process improvement to gain competitive advantages. But the software organization may meet with many questions during the process improvement. First the Capability Maturity Model Integration ( CMMI) implementation in the software enterprise is introduced in this paper, and then the existing problems of software process improvement are analyzed. At last some advice for the problems of software measurement, software risk management and Organizational construction is given, which can provide reference to software process improvement in software enterprise.
