The Research on Curved Block Production Scheduling and Modeling and Simulation by Petri Net Based on Virtual Flow Line
According to the characteristics of shipbuilding, Virtual Flow Line ( VFL) of hull curved block assembly is proposed in this paper. A model is built based on Timed Petri net, and the Genetic Algorithm will be used in VFL production for curved block assembly scheduling. The production scheduling system of the VFL is developed based on the combination of the Genetic Algorithm and Petri Nets. Finally an actual case is provided to validate effectiveness of the Virtual Flow Line.
