Dynamic Reliability Analysis and Maintenance Cycle Optimization Based on Monte Carlo Simulation
The dynamic reliability and maintenance policy are studied via Monte Carlo simulation. The steps of Monte Carlo simulation for dynamic reliability analysis is given out, the simulation is carried out based on different failure distributions and different hypotheses of failure-rate variation after repair of the system s components, and the calculation of system reliability indices is given out. The syetem s maintenance cycle is optimized based on the availability index of the system. A hydraulic system is selected as an example to verify the method.
