Factors Analysis on Dynamic Model of Leaders Performance System
Economic globalization, information availability in terms of speed and volume, and increased competition has changed the way of organizations function. The need for increased flexibility and responsiveness has yielded tasks that prove too complex and time consuming for leader s attention and completion. Although reliance on leader has increased vastly, research surrounding leaders performance has not been able to keep pace with the growing need for further analyzing system factors that leaders performance involves. Former researches mostly rely on the method of comparing differences and ratio of divergence to measure leaders performance by stage statistics. This paper points out that leaders performance is decided by action performance and cost performance and organizational performance, designs the dynamic model of leaders performance system according to the order of time, quantitatively analyzes vary degrees of which main crucial factors of organizational system affect leaders performance, depends on changes of organizational cost and performance regarding optimum leaders performance as the developing goal, adopts the method of marginal analysis and optimal control.
