Research on the Development Problems of Small Coal Mines in China
Small coal mines are the results leeching on to the certain historical condition. Small coal mines have made important contributions for the development of coal industry and national economy since reform and opening up. However, the problems following are also serious, for example, safety production, resources waste, environment pollution and so on. In order to solve these problems, the relevant departments adopted a series of policies and measures, but the results are poor. This paper presents the function of small coal mines in the development of national economy and society, introduces the main problems of small coal mines in the process of production, analyzes the basic causes why the policies and measures of small coal mines are poor, and gives some relevant policy suggestions.
