Research of Human Reliability in Safety Management of Construction
In construction processes, most accidents are caused by four main reasons, which are unsafe human behaviors, unsafe condition of things, unsafe factors of environment and management factors. But human behaviors are the most important reasons. After introducing the concept of human reliability and state-of-art of its research, the roles of human being in safety management as well as the factors which influence the human reliability in construction processes were analyzed in the paper. And then the analysis methods of human reliability and the ways of enhancing human reliability are proposed, and a new analysis model of human reliability was set up by studying on human errors, which can help the most construction enterprises to assure human reliability and enhance the staff reliability and finally reduce the accidents to a maximum degree.
