The Research on the Application of Human Resource Management Outsourcing
Human resource management outsourcing is a complicated process. One of the important factors influencing its success or failure is the rational and correct decision making for it. The purpose of decision making of human resource management outsourcing is to select the most suitable project to be outsourced preferentially, and decide the order of outsourcing items. This paper studies outsourcing decision making by using quantitative analysis methods. The evaluation index system is constructed based on the features of human resource management. By using AHP method, the model of hierarchical structure is built and the relative weight of every outsourcing item is calculated. The method of multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to build fuzzy evaluation mathematical model and evaluate the outsourcing items, so the final result can be obtained. A case study is made.
