Analysis to the Cost Control of Engineering Project

摘要：

The implementation of projects is an important stage in the life cycle of major construction projects. The economic goal of projects entirely come true through cost control, so it is particularly important to focus on cost control in construction projects. In this paper, we are discussing the principle of cost control of projects firstly, on the basis of this, exploring the ways of cost control, by emphasising on the direct control of the project cost, reducing overhead costs and quality control costs. As a result of this, the enterprises can be generated for a long-term development.
