Comprehensive Strength Evaluating System of Port Logistics System

The modern port is systematic key position of comprehensive logistics, in order to measure operation achievement effect and development level of the port logistics system better, we need a suit of port logistics system comprehensive strength evaluating system to understand actual state of the port logistics, find out defects in logistics operation and crystallize developmental direction of the port logistics future. The purpose of this study is to find an effective method to evaluate port logistics comprehensive strength, which sets off from the current situation of the whole world ports firstly, reach the port logistics system comprehensive strength evaluating indicator system scientifically. This research has records valuable data using the newly developed methods of AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation. First, use AHP to make sure the evaluating indicators weight, which is the basis of how to evaluate and choose the scheme; then apply fuzzy synthetic evaluation to estimate port logistics system comprehensive strength. The results show the current competitive strength of the port logistics system and the factors that hinder a port from developing, so we can optimize and improve the port and improve its competitive strength.
