The Researches on the Evaluation Index System of Supply Chain Logistics Capabilities Based on Satisfying Customer Service

摘要：

Logistics capability is one of the most crucial factors on influencing and evaluating the performance of supply chain. It is very important to improve the level of supply chain management by studying the supply chain logistics management systematically. Satisfying customer demand and increasing customer value are the center of supply chain management. Therefore, this paper gives the definition of supply chain logistics capability from the point of satisfying customer service demand. Then it analyzes the elements of supply chain logistics capability and puts forward the evaluation index system of supply chain logistics capability based on customer demand. At last, it gives a computational method of logistics capability which named improved Grey-relevant method.
