Evaluation of Enterprise Informatization Performance Based on CDEA
This paper focuses on solving the practical problems in the evaluation of enterprise informatization performance. Improving the original evaluation methods, it separates the IT input indicators from the output indicators and constructs a new indicator system from a new angle of view. At the same time, it proposes an evaluation model for enterprise informatization performance based on composite data envelopment analysis ( CDEA). The new model overcomes the disadvantage of the existing evaluation methods which can only carry on the arrangement for the rankings of the decision making units validity, but unable to provide the suggestion of improvement to inefficient DUMs. According to the results of this method, the enterprises can easily discover their weakness in the informatization construction and allocate the information resources more reasonably. Finally, this paper compares 12 enterprises informatization performance u-sing CDEA, analyzes the comparing results and proposes improvement programs.
