A Model Based on Reverse Logistics System of Certain Engine Enterprise
Most enterprises are in pursuit of the most profit and the lowest cost today. As the market competition becoming fiercer, the satisfaction of the customers has been becoming an important approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprises. Reverse logistics is the necessary resort to achieve the demand of the customers and improve the influence of enterprises. However, there are still many reverse logistics systems of domestic enterprises only in the initial stage of development. So the actual troubles of these companies are how to cut costs and attract customers. In this paper I am taking an engine enterprise for example when the unqualified productions just return in their warranty time. I made a model whose functions integrate the logistics, the information flow and the financing flow in the whole process of reverse logistics system. First of all, we can make the returns more efficient and quick to make its reputation better and reduce the cost of this process. Secondly the timely feedback of the relevant information to the relevant department could help them improve production technology and optimize the supply chain to lower the return rates. Thirdly, we could found the after-service system which registers the particular information of customers to make the customers approving and consolidate the faith of them.
