A Research on Customer Satisfaction Degree in TPL Enterprises
With the progressing of information economy, knowledge economy and globalization Economy, the basic characters of enterprises competition are changing, and more and more enterprises understand that in order to promote the core competence and gain the competitive advantages, they must pay more attention to logistical management, especially the third party logistics. Firstly, this article analyzes the concept of the third party logistics enterprise, and then constructs the indexes system of influence factors of customer satisfaction degree in TPL enterprises, and finally concludes that it is important for TPL enterprises to distinguish and choose the critical factor.
