Research on Problem of the Airport Refueling Vehicle Allocation
The refueling process of airplanes by vehicles is a multi-servers vocation queuing system. This paper takes the concerning expectation time of refueling as parameter, and converts the process into distribution of a fixed-length queuing-up problem. This paper describes the course of refueling, establishes the mathematical model of the problem, analyses the complexity of solving the problem, and at last, designs a simple and convenient algorithm for counting the quantity of refueling vehicle allocation. Firstly, this paper divides the refueling vehicles into groups on the basis of time for refueling one airplane and for one airplane waiting averagely; secondly, according to the refueling time of entire refueling course and working period, this paper counts t the circulating frequency that refueling vehicles work, and divides it into integer and decimal; thirdly, this paper makes sure how many airplanes a group of refueling vehicles can refuel in an entire course, and counts the groups of refueling vehicles needed; fourthly, this paper calculates the number of refueling vehicles that the remainder airplanes need, and eventually makes out the total number of refueling vehicles for the whole refueling. At the end of the paper, an application example is presented, and the calculating result conforms to real refueling process. Compared to emulation calculation, the method not only gains the quantity of allocating refueling vehicles, but also offers the refueling strategy of refueling vehicles, and this is convenient for actual operation.
