A Study on the Game Problem of Bullwhip Effect in Supply Chain Management

摘要：

To avoid the adverse influence effectively and improve the efficiency of storage, logistics and production during supply chain management, the reasons of bullwhip effect during supply chain operation process are discussed from the angle of economics mechanism, and the gaming behaviours of retailers placed in different position are analyzed. Moreover the equilibriums which the different game results in are studied. Finally, an instance is used to prove the existence of the special bullwhip effect in the supply chain. That complements Houlihans theory. And some suggestions are proposed to solve the problem that demand is distorted.
