Hierarchical Component Modeling on Process Reconfiguration of Green Manufacture for Major Equipment
Major equipment manufacturing is a complex system across industry which includes both process manufacture and Discrete Manufacture. The system has difference in technology function and variety in space-time occupation. According to the principle of green manufacture, the system becomes more complex. To process analysis of green manufacture for major equipment, this article discusses a new modeling method integrating hierarchical component model and function parsing. The model is used to analyze and reconfigure manufacturing process and demonstrates the tenet of green manufacture. Finally an example is used to illustrate the process reconfiguration.
