Real-Time Data Collection Middleware Based on Message Agent in Textile Manufacturing Execution System

摘要：

Scalability and correctness of immediate, current, on-line data collection lays the foundation for Manufacturing Execution System ( MES) core functionalities: inventory tracking and management, material movement management, planning management and exception management. Aiming at just-in-time production information collection and reliable exception management, a data collection middleware based on message agent is implemented for loom production monitors in the lower layer and ERP system in the upper layer. The middleware consists of three components, i. e. refresh service, piping service and messages agents. The data collection performance of the middleware is validated by factory deployment of surveillance system which becomes a fundamental part in the MES project of Tianjin textile corporation.
