The Client/Users Objective and The Construction Project Management Process

The purpose of this paper is to suggest methods that will make novel and effective cooperation and collaboration between clients and project managers. It is essentially to re-evaluate the design process. The need for better designing with the focus on end-users is increasing. The results also pointed that the phenomena that construction projects cant satisfy the user client demands are frequent. There was considered to be a lack of systems and methods to keep up with user-clients needs satisfactorily. Goals need to be repeated and certified on a usual and logical basis throughout projects. There is tendency that the design must be dealt with strategically and in a process-oriented way. The traditional position of several participants is seemed to be challenged; there is a need to embody the principal business need mutually in construction prerequisites. There is a need of choosing logic-however, this does not diminish the need for methodologies for capturing, processing and verifying requirements in the process of provision of facilities to a user. The paper tells us that, besides the project professionals, the stakeholders that are active in the construction sectors should be put on the education and training of the idea of collaboration.
